WBCR-lp Studio / Pandemic Policy

Trained Member Programmers must...

• Use Keyfob for access. If you set off the alarm, you will be responsible for the expense incurred if the police arrive.
• Not be sick.
• Lock the door after entering, and set alarm and lock door when leaving.
• Clean countertops, door handles, light switches, and chair arms before departure. Cleaning supplies are provided.
• Not clean the audio/radio equipment.
• Use the studio for their show and nothing else.
• Understand that the back computer area is off limits at all times.
• Take their garbage out with them, including used cleaning supplies.
• All programmers must be fully vaccinated. Programmers will scan their vaccination cards and email to [email protected].
• Only vaccinated, on-air guests are allowed at this time. The only reason to have guests in the studio is if they will be on your show. Program hosts are responsible for checking that all guests are vaccinated.
• Self-report to the Executive Director if you test positive for COVID-19 by emailing [email protected].

We suggest programmers buy and bring their own headphones and mics if they can (Shure SM58 mic quality, minimum; contact tech committee if you have another mic you would like to use) and purchase and bring a pop filter if you do not have your own mic. Immediate termination of all live programming or specific live programming is at the will of the Ops Team/Executive Director and may happen without much/any notice and may not include immediate reasoning.
