Berkshire Community Radio's Second Experimental Music Festival was produced by WBCR-lp programmers Jason Palmieri and John Prusinski with assistance from additional station volunteers. The festival featured performances by solo artists and ensembles from all over New England, New York, and as far away as Philadelphia in a wide variety of genres including electronica, noise, ambient, drone, live coding, and beyond. Festival artists included: Allegra Geller/Moon Pox, Belltone Suicide, Alice Hixon Kirk, Laughter Has Long Legs, Larry Legend, Eli Mattern, Melting Regular, Neonach, P.U.S.H., Sisterhood of Sleep, Michael Slyne/Russell Linder, Spreaders, and Strange Mono.
SOUND.ART2 is supported in part by a grant from the Great Barrington Cultural Council, a local agency that is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
