Created and hosted by local musician Tanin Mauri, Community Scratch is a freeform Saturday night show dedicated first and foremost to the Berkshires. It’s a show where the people who make up our community and beyond are given a platform and a place where they can be seen and heard. Whether interviewing historians, activists, musicians or farmers, Community Scratch seeks to put the People in Power by placing Power in the People.

Tanin Mauri is a self-taught composer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist from the Appalachian Mountain region of Northwestern Connecticut. Passionate about our people and our planet, he brings his deep appreciation and love for the community and culture to Community Scratch.
