Berkshire North WIC 19th Annual World Breastfeeding Celebration on August 6, 2010 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.  At Whitney’s Farm on Route 8 in Cheshire (please note this is a new location).  Special Highlight David Grover, infant massages Information on breastfeeding and services for kids.

Breakfast hikes up Greylock offered

Free guided hikes to the summit of Mount Greylock will be offered every Friday from the visitors center on Rockwell Road.

Steve Linscott will guide the hikes, which are considered moderate to strenuous. Meet at 7:30 a.m. Breakfast at Bascom Lodge (fee involved) will be offered at 9 a.m.

- Berkshire Harmony Farmers market has partnered with BCAC to offer the Wholesome Wave project which brings healthy organic vegetables to low income Berkshire County Residents.. These vegetables are harvested and brought fresh to Pittsfield each Tuesday for pick up. For information contact Aleta 445-4503x113 or Linda x114.
