q Saturday Audio Hijack Settings Set: Deborah emailed Scott.  No response. Nick will check it out.

q Follow Up email to Andy re: PSA rationale: done.  waiting for feedback.

2.  Recording minutes: agreed to have Deborah take on the task.

3.  Programs/Programmers

q Radio 2 Women:  Self-reported after a guest said a price.  Programmers invited to next meeting.  Discussion about creating a sheet for guests re: policy on air.  Judy will draft an email to invite a volunteer to take on this task of ғdos and donҒts.Ҕ
q Curiouser & Curiouser:  Nick will send programmer an email re: coverage for the months that she is gone.
q Acoustic Crossroad: Find someone to fill in or play past shows.
q Give-Away Guidance: Revisit
q Programmer Queries: tabled
q Network Issues: to be resolved and confirmed

4.  Policy Comprehension Quiz: reviewed by committee.  It needs one more revision to be done by next meeting.  Question of what constitutes a passing grade.

5.  Listener Comment Line: request for new mailbox is in progress.

6.  Programmer blog: Ananda needs further feedback from other committees.

7.  PSA Rationale: off table until Andy replies.

8.  Blast email Protocol: tabled

9.  Music Director/Director News and Public Affairs: tabled

10. Peer Review: tabled

11. PC Move Preparation: discussion about how to move with as little chaos as possible.  Deborah suggested no live programs during that week to concentrate on training programmers on equipment.  Ananda wants the concerns and questions of programmers to be addressed.  Dan suggests we elicit questions from them.  Discussion: training committee and tech committee meeting, timeline for other committees.
