2.    Programs/Programmers
ü    AM Show - No good way to script Audioport for WUCN. Posibly train some programmers to play from Audioport directly. TASK: Instruction sheet for playing WUCN directly. Ananda will ask Andy Potter to write it.
ü    Radio 2 Women Self-report – delayed till next meeting.
ü    George Fleck, Website and Trainer for 3/14 – Larry work with Rishi to find a trainer for George? TASK: Everyone ask via Programming list if this has been taken care of.
ü    Around Town/Aquarian Hour – Conflict continues. TASK: Harold will engage Andy and Stephanie to try and work through the problem.  TASK:Ananada will contact Bob O’Haver to keep him informed.
ü    Larry Bronstein Self Report – Feb 19th: Mentioned priced. 1 pt. March 11th: Mentioned price. 1 pt.
ü    Leslie Gabriel – Ticket Prices on air. Self Reported. 2/16/09 Waterman show.TASK: Dan will listen to show.
ü    Scott Clark – No-show. TASK: Nick will talk to Scott about what needs to be done when he can’t do a show. Committee will hold off decision till next meeting.
ü    Judy Eddy – Multiple fill-in requests without 48 hour notice. TASK: Ananda will send general reminder to the list about 48 hour notice rule.

Schedule for Orientations – TASK: Nick will coordinate next Power Point Party.
Quiz -
Handbook – Need someone to do table of contents and index. TASK: Nick will do table of contents. TASK: Dan will look into the index if he can get Word.
Transitions Seminar – Tim Schaefer worried no one will show. Needs someone to work with on it.  He could put an invitation out to list explaining what he wants to accomplish. TASK: Harold will email Tim.
7. A World of Possibilities – Concern over airing grant funded programming.
