- AT asked Asa to update the FSRN script, he did. FSRN now has server problem. Program spotty again.

Programs/Programmers:
AM Show:
Harold met with Ed Shepardson of the Berkshire Record to discuss arrangement for news for the AM show. Bob Balogh, Paul Rapp, Mike Kelley, David Scribner in attendance. On Wednesdays, Berkshire Record will send email to Harold containing news for Thursday and Friday shows. Content may expand for other days as we progress. In process and active.
Harold dialoguing with AM programmers on process, doing news, and development of the program.
Healers Connect:
12/17/08 report of commercial speech. Clip of program replayed. No policy violation found. Recommendation that alternative sources of biographical information be used.
Scott Clark no show:
Day captain attempted to contact him. No contact made yet.
Perfect Game:
1/?/09 profanity violation: Mic left on, “f-bomb” dropped. Programmers came back on, apologized. Motion: 2 policy violation warning points awarded (dropped from 3 for contextual apology). approved unanimously.
Organically Sexy:
Technical issue with recorded interview. Harold contacted Bob O’Haver, who has been training her, but did not hear a response. Ananda will follow up with Bob.
Fundraising Committee/Fund Drive:
Serene Mastrianni, chair of the Fundraising Committee came to discuss fund drive plans. Theme is Unity. Fund drive planned for March 15-21 with many ancillary projects. Training for programmers scheduled for Sunday, March 1 at 3pm with Alan Chartock as a guest speaker. Motion: approve use of the airwaves for the fundrive for those dates. approved unanimously. Motion: grant permission to Fundraising Committee to use up to 40 minutes of DN!‘s time and up to 20 minutes of FRSN’s time per day, however if FSRN is not airing properly they may use the whole time slot. unanimous. Harold to work with Serene to coordinate the use of syndicated programs’ airtime.
Schedule:
Healthy Connections:
Due to a conflicting understanding in the application the programmer did not intend to request a move. Motion: Recognizing this and that the original time slot is still open, we move Healthy Connections back to Thursdays at 11am. approved unanimously.
Aquarian Hour:
In the new schedule the Aquarian Hour was set for 9am Tuesday, from the time of 8am in the previous schedule, with Around Town at 8am in the new schedule. Stephanie requested that programmers are always notified prior to a decision to move their show. The committee voiced a commitment to better and more supportive communication processes. She also requested a move for her show back to an 8am slot. Upon review, the committee returned her to an 8am slot, however on a new day—Thursday.
