Leslie Gabriel self report: tabled until next meeting.
Scott Clark: Committee awarded two points to Scott for unreported show absence, pending contact with Scott.
Soundscaping:  report that programmer apparently said “this Sunday night mix brought to you by Club Helsinki”.  Programmer is employed by Helsinki, however Helsinki has not actually provided any sponsorship.  Motion: Award 3 points for self-promotion pending review.  unanimous.
Healers Connect:  During the fund drive, there was a problematic section of the program in which the programmer, Judy Rosley, and her board operator, Mike Doyle (operating, pending completion of training and clearance), stopped conducting on-air programming, yet left the microphones open and demonstrated a lack of knowledge of operating the equipment.  In review of the section, it was found that Mike said “fuck” on the air.  Motion to award 3 points to Mike Doyle. unanimous. Motion: Mike may not operate the board until he has been cleared as a programmer.  unanimous.  Motion: Mike may not go on air as a host or co-host until he has been cleared as a programmer.  unanimous.  PC will request Judy’s attendance at the next PC meeting to review the recording and discuss on-air content.
Organically Sexy:  problems with sound quality of program.

Tech Issues:
Multiple MegaSeg issues in the last week have resulted in several prerecorded programs not airing.  Digital music library is in the process of rebuilding following the repair of the server.  Kid friendly music blocks do not currently contain specifically kid-friendly music.  Dan, as Music Director, will work with Galen Wade to get our collection of kids’ music into the digital library.
