Members in attendance: Deborah Alecson, Larry Bronstein, Nick Ring, Harold Schrager, Ananda Timpane, Dan White

Minutes:
Motion: Approve the minutes of June 2, 2009. Unanimous, one abstention.
Larry is tasked with seeing future minutes through to the website.

Previous Tasks:
  - Nick followed up with Chris Meyer on Roadhouse Radio playback.
  - Dan emailed Galen regarding automation metadata and kid-friendly music
  - Dan reviewed Berkshire Jazz clips. did not find suggested segment for review
  - Ananda emailed Ben Shalles regarding voicemail and alarm records for 5/29

Programs/Programmers:
Patty Seifert: 6/13 1st program. self report: did station ID “a few minutes late”.  (Someone will review?) (Reported that the studio had not been adequately shut down prior to her arrival. Ananda (?) will check studio log for last person on air.
Judy Rosley: Motion: approval for training coordinator to work with Judy on developing a revised agreement of board clearance and present it to the PC at next meeting.
AM Show: several programmers stated that news was “brought to you by” the source of the news. Clarification of wording to be sent to AM Show volunteers.

Newgrammers/Training/Schedule:
Robert Pellicotti: Motion: due to lack of follow through by programmers, the “Bob & Joy” show will be removed from the current schedule.  unanimous.
Automation: Several programs didn’t air correctly in the new schedule automation. Some of the problems were due to error made by person who scheduled them in Megaseg, others are less obvious.
Promos and PSAs: Andy Potter will take on oversight of PSAs and Promos in automation.

Feedback for Programmers: - Needs Subjects and Verbs!
Programmers could give feedback for guests; Programmers could couch criticism in compliments ; give CD copy of program for guests; organizational structure (don’t know what this is about); programmers could give peer review; Committee will review form; possibility of reviews counting as volunteer hours; under oversight of the PC?; qualifications/impartiality of reviewer(don’t know what this is about); listener comment link should be more accessible on website; structurally supporting constructive feedback; anonymity of reviewing?;

Tasks:
  - send Station ID timing email to programmers (HS)
  - send news source wording clarification to AM Show programmers (HS)
  - ask Christy to make listener comment link more accessible (AMT)
  - evaluation of selected program (all)
