2.    Programs/Programmers (40 min.)
Studio Trashed 9.3.07 ؖ Bob Balough reported the studio had been trashed when he came in to do his show lights were on, inner door not locked, alarm not armed, window open, leaves and mud tracked in, papers on floor, board not shut down properly. Robby Zucker reported he locked the doors but didn֒t arm alarm because it wasnt armed when he came in. He also didnҒt do his morning show because he lost his co-host. 4 warning points were awarded to Robby 2 for failure to show up on 9/2 & 2 for failure to secure the studio. 0 points were awarded for failure to do show on 10/7.
ָ New Directions in Medicine 9.25.07 Programmer plugged a free seminar at his place of business. Only 2 warning points assigned due to programmer֒s proactive desire to stay within the line.

Computer Therapy 10.12.07 ؖ Programmer made a call to action. Only 2 points awarded due to programmers reported on air attempt to redress.

3.    Debrief Fall Schedule Process, 5 min. (8/24/07)
Any additional thoughts from voting members not present 10/2?
Ҹ Security Codes Asa wants to give out new security codes during the fund drive. Ananda opposes this. The committee voted 4-0 in support of Ananda֒s position.
4.    Blast Email Protocol, 10 min. (8/10/07)

5.    Self Promotion/Commercial Speech Membership Meeting, 10 min. (9/18/07)
Proposed meeting to Include: Disclosure, music, non-profits, boards, businesses, free events in a business context and those with no business affiliation
Action: When does this seem feasible?
- Deborah will contact Don McGrory about this. She will also contact Todd about getting a volunteer to design a flyer.

6.    Israel-Palestine Forum: UPDATE, Nick, Deborah & Larry, 15 min. (7/17/07) Larry has the recording. Nick is Happy (????  No idea why I wrote that down). Larry wants to air in on WBCR. Copies will be needed for others to listen to.
7.    Anonymity v. Accountability: Discussion (7/17/07)
A proposed action: encourage programmers to use their own names
The Committee voted 5-0 to enact the following policies:
A. All programmers must include a disclaimer during their show. Something along the lines of, ֓This program is produced by X, sponsored on WBCR-LP by Y and does not reflect the views of WBCR-LP.
B. All programmers using aliases are encouraged to consider the ramifications of not using their real name.
C. Guests using aliases must be disclosed as doing so.
D. Future programming applications will include the question, ԓWhy are hosting this show?
E. The Programming Committee affirms our intention to move towards media training for our producers.
F. The Programming Committee has a policy of passing on feedback and supporting programmers.
8.    Accuracy in Reporting/Opinion Programs: Discussion (8/7/07)
A proposed action: site credentials for show in show description. See D above.
