1. Discussed concerns with the new programmer requirements (2 hours Open House and 1 General Meeting per term).
Decision was made to keep it and send email to ONAIR list. It is a set policy—“if you have a conflict with these times (Sat afternoon and Wednesday Evening) and cannot meet this requirement, please let the Programming Committee know and we will work on alternate arrangements for you.”
2. Final Schedule discussion. Add “De Boca En Boca” Wednesday afternoon and move Locally Grown weekday airing to Friday.
3. Policy Violation enforcement. Rolled the FCC violations into the policy.

Unauthorized removal of Equipment from the studio

Not cleaning up after yourself
All voliations are logged.
3 points—written warning to programmer.
5 points—warning and suspension of clearance for 1 show.
9 points—Suspension for the rest of the term and the following term (with appeals process)
4. Discussed a need for Schedule publicity. Jenna Foley is willing to work with someone to develop phamplet with Summer Schedule. No commitments
5. Music Library—would like Jeanne and Bob to call a meeting of programmers that are interested in the organization of the music library. Also coordinated music aquisition efforts.
6. PSA Requirement—start it now. 2 per hour. Log on the Board Operator’s Log using shorthand—no times needed. Scott will send to ONAIR list.

Sponsoring a Program—Cleared Programmer only or any Volunteer Member?
Finalize Policy Violation enforcement rules. Mandatory reporting by ALL programmers? Major or Moderate classification for Legal ID, Commercial Speech. Moderate or Minor for PSA requirement.
Music removal waivers when CD sent to specific programmers attention.
