Move Scott Clark to Tuesdays 9-10pm biweekly (he accepted and will start March 23rd biweekly)
Save the alternating Tuesday 9-10pm for the Waldorf High School if they can get ready soon.
Move Arianna and Scott G. to Tuesdays at 7pm.
2. Points system discussion
Added #11 concerning “work practices/station policies” and verbage about making every effort to resolve conflicts between programmers before resorting to points “showdown”

Need to complete changes and forward to the Board for approval. Then to the programmers for information.
3. Policy violation enforcement.
It was agreed upon that we need:
1. Clear and readily available Documentation
2. A Reporting Process
3. Consequences (worded in a nicer fashion)
This will be expanded upon in further meetings.
4. Complaints.
2 Minor complaints (Movie show disorganization, Show name Schizophrenic) that will be passed on to programmers involved.
Complaint concerning Will’s covering of True Hip Hop on 2/23/2006. It was decided that the content did not rise to the level of an FCC violation but REALLY should have had a disclaimer before it due to the disturbing nature of the content. We will get boilerplate warning/disclaimer language out to programmers ASAP (Nick was going to dig something up)
5. Discussion of Board Operators Log sheets being used properly/effectively/etc. This ties back to #3 and should be clearly documented and “consequences” should come into play for repeated forgetfulness on using the Board Operators Log.
6. Todd’s app for Morning Show—already going…Thanks Todd!
7. Programming committee email list policy.
It was agreed that the Programming Committee email list will be pared down to voting committee members and others that have attended a programming meeting in the past 2-3 months. This should help to maintain it as a working list.
As an afternote—Barbara Dean is interested in joining the committee.
Next meeting—Tuesday March 21 7pm at the Friends Meeting House and will include discussion of the Berk Intl Film Festival…
