Previous Tasks:
- contact Galen regarding Christmas music in automation (DW - done)
- contact SJ regarding training class (DW - done)
- send promo email to programmers (HS - not done)
- send out reapplication email to programmers (AMT- done)
- contact programmers regarding Sat. alarm issues (AMT - done)
- contact LG regarding points (HS - done)
- update points list (AMT - done)
- check/fix telephone hybrid (NR - done)

Programs/Programmers
- Curiouser & Curiouser: AMK is away for the remainder of this term and likely most of the next.  The slot is open through the end of January for fill-in (Wed. 7-8pm).
- 11/26/11 & 12/3/11: studio found locked, but unalarmed.  Motion: awarded 6 points to LC. approved unanimously.  Due to the award of 5 points, programmer will miss 1 show.
- 11/26/11, 7pm: Door locked, unalarmed. Self-report by PT.  Motion: awarded 2 points with a 1-point reduction for self-report. approved unanimously.
- 12/13/11: LL self-report of on-air 1/2 a shit (either “sh—” or “—it”).  Program content to be reviewed for next meeting.

New Term/Training
- 7 new programs/6 new applicants in addition to high school programing; total of 9 trainees.  Most of the applicants have attended policy and studio orientations at this point.  Trainings appear to be progressing well.
- Several new applications have been received and they have been notified of the schedule for next term’s training.
- PT will assist in overseeing new trainee progress.

Tech
- At last meeting, report of terrible quality on live call-ins. After the last meeting, NR adjusted telephone hybrid to acceptable levels. GD has been trained on the hybrid and will monitor it and adjust as needed.
- DJ Assist is not connected to the music library.  NR will attempt to resolve.

Tasks:
- remove Curiouser & Curiouser event from automation (DW)
- notify programmers of availability of C&C time slot (NR)
- notify PT of points (AMT)
- notify LC of points (AMT)
- review of 12/13/11 LL program (DW)
- DJ Assist fix (NR)=
