-Board request for clarification.

-Review of committee

-Status of committee

-Recruitment

-Position on diversity in committees.

-Relationship to monthly meeting

-Upcoming membership meeting.

Results:

-  Committee report drafted. Jane will report at membership meeting

- Discussed clarification of May meeting for board and membership

- General review of the committee history and current situation

  1.Ҡ Proactive itgerest in our relation to membership, The Board and committees discussed and ongoing.

  2. Need to grow and recruit for this committee discussed and agreed.

Tasks:

-  Each will try to bring someone to the next meeting.

-  Chad will post these notes to committee list for review and will email committee report bulletpoints to Jane.

- Jane will followup on back minutes

- Nan will post next meeting and minutes online
