Meeting
1. Catherine McCabe resigned from this committee.
2. Bob Balogh, returning member, and has agreed to be interim Chair.
2. Minutes reviewed and approved. Will be posted when corrections are available on-line.
3. Review of last membership meeting. Time keeping procedure was discussed. Jane will get a time keeping thing for future meetings
The response to providing blank cards and requesting suggestions was lively and will be continued at next meetings.
4. Discussion about how this committee is perceived buy the borad and by membership.
5. Discussion about drafting of letter to the board. A one hour meeting is scheduled for Friday, 16 June, 6PM at Zenn for that purpose.
