Committee Reports:

Fundraising: A Potter has resigned as chair

  Critical issue: running the fund drive we seem to have folks ready to run it

  Discussion about committee structure and volunteerism

  Paul is tasked with selling the CD

Programming:Š working on new schedule; Talking Aim controversy

Facilities: S Deitman has submitted the engineering review to the Town; main entry has to be redone to comply with the fire code, meeting pending with Joan to discuss;  Ben will gather the technical info and pass on the info to Paul, who will compile and present a plan of action to the board.

Nominating: biographies of board candidates are up in advance of board vote in September

Membership: Todd Lewis is interested in being the volunteer coordinator

Tech: claims that there is nothing wrong with CD #1. Committee was informed that it is mistaken. New CD player will be acquired.

Annual Meeting: Jan will chair the meeting

Discussion about pros and cons of expanding the board

Discussion about presenting full power conversion at the annual meeting, should the membership vote?

Discussion moves to authorization of funds for preliminary engineering studies for conversion to full power and the mechanism for doing soŅ

Motion made to commit $1000 to the initial study for full power feasibility:

Motion passed unanimously

Nick Ring will be BCRA point person with the engineering company.

Forms to engineering company reviewed and signed

Nick will also make presentation at Annual Meeting, where a special meeting in October will be announced for a membership vote on applying for a full power license and to describe and promote the Fall fund drive.

Jan mentioned that the new bylaws are not posted yet on the website.Š Asa contacted Nick and Chad to address….

Bulletin Board: doesnגt seem to be doing any businessPaul will speak to Jeanne about what to do with it.
