May 2 Programming Committee Meeting

1. June Schedule finalized (pretty much)

2. John Breasted programming comments and proposals.
—Airing “Local Solutions to the energy dilemma” conference tapes as fill-in shows
—Explained the way that all programming is member-sponsored—not selected by the Programming committee as a whole. 
As a group we just schedule what is brought forward.

3. Document changes
a. The Programmer Agreement is on Writeboard (linked from progrmming wiki)
b. Intro Guide to Producing Programming (followup with Ann - Ben will do it if not)
c. need to post the other documents to the wiki for possible changes
  FCC Violations policy
  Courtesy Guidelines
d. Need to create a packet for programmers with all the documents.

4. Programmer Policy Violation Policies
—need a start (followup with Ann)
—need to email to programmers to get them to utilize the comments log (Scott)

5. Volunteer Requirements—In addition to 2 hours of Open House coverage duing the term we also will require programmer attendance at 1 general membership meeting during the term.  We feel that this will help programmers feel more a part of the organization and possibly get more involved.

6. Comments/Complaints
—Nan Wile was asking about followup with listeners who complain.  We usually do not get contact information for followup but if we do a PC member would definately followup with the listener.
