Present: B. Shalles, N. Ring, P. Tierney, J. Seward, J. Eddy, P. Rapp
Absent: F. Tolopko

Guests: Luci Leonard, Ananda Timpane

Meeting called to order at 6:00 PM

Treasurerגs Report: discussed institutional treatment of anonymous donations; status of capital campaign; report approved.

Facilities:  electric is installed, a little more expensive than expected, electricity and framing will be inspected this week, then sheet rocking will begin, various other news about the building and the build-out; outstanding work to be done is roughly $17,000

Programming: update on new shows; new music director (Dan White); several on-air issues; new applicant liaison (Judith Rosley); new plan for volunteer hourly requirements has been developed, implementation discussed; programmer self evaluation forms discussed.

Tech: minor tech issues; FSRN day-late issues; advanced wiring in new space; modest new equip needs for new space.

Broke for one hour to make capital campaign calls.

Noted Don McGrorys departure from the board.

General discussion about remaining committees: need for leadership for membership and fundraising committees,  particularly the need for someone to run the next fund driveҗwe have plenty of people who want to work on it, but no one to take charge.

Luci Leonard will head up a new Membership Committee with support from P. Rapp.
