The Programming Committee is charged with the responsibility of meeting regularly to review current programming; reviewing new or future programming to the station; and reviewing programming that has received complaints from listeners, staff or members. The Station Manager may serve on this committee as a non-voting member. The Programming Committee is advisory to all Staff and Board members. The Program Director shall chair this committee.
The Programming Committee meets on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at the Friends Meeting House from 7-9PM. Our meetings are open to programmers and the public unless otherwise noted. Committee members become members by attending three consecutive committee meetings. Committee membership is revoked when a member has miss three meetings consecutively or at a members request. We review listener and programmer concerns in the first part of our meetings and address issues of scheduling and policy in the remainder of our meetings. An effort is made to make meeting minutes available to public via this website in a timely way.
