Nominating Committee

The Nominating Committee is responsible for publicizing openings on the board and the recruitment of new board members. The Committee shall, by application and interview, prepare materials outlining all candidates and their qualifications, to be presented to the Board and Membership prior the annual elections. The Nominating Committee shall not endorse any candidates for the Board of Directors. The Committee shall recommend a full slate of Officers for the coming year and shall present the slate to the board at the first regular meeting following the annual meeting. This committee shall contain at least one Director.
